New Jersey Governor Welcomes Global Leaders to AMMWEC National Coalition on Antisemitism and Hate Conference
New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill has extended a warm welcome to participants attending the National Coalition on Antisemitism and Hate Conference in Washington, D.C., hosted by the American Muslim & Multifaith Women’s Empowerment Council (AMMWEC). In an official message issued from the Office of the Governor, Sherrill praised the conference for bringing together leaders from diverse faiths, backgrounds, and professions to confront antisemitism, hatred, and extremism in all their forms.
The Governor highlighted the importance of fostering dialogue, understanding, and cooperation across religious and cultural communities, noting that such efforts strengthen the values of pluralism, mutual respect, and human dignity that are essential to both New Jersey and the United States.
Sherrill also acknowledged AMMWEC and its partners for promoting voices of reason, compassion, and unity at a time when division and intolerance continue to challenge communities.
